The Improvement Coalition CIC

In addition to our core services, we also deliver a range of national projects and programmes of work. Some of our ongoing work includes:

• Waiting Times Wonderlist We are partnering with health and care providers from across the UK and Ireland, to develop a central repository of best-practice for reducing long waiting times. Through this work, we hope to inspire others to adopt and adapt tried-and-tested ideas within their local setting to reduce waits nationally. This work is funded through The Q Community's Q Exchange Programme, by the Health Foundation. The Health Foundation is an independent charitable  organisation working to build a healthier UK. 
• Parliament of PNAs We run a national network for Professional Nurse Advocates through the UK. This forum has a membership of more than 750 nurses from across the UK with considerable success and positive outcomes. 
• Quality Management Systems coffee trials We use the "coffee trial" format to bring together improvers from across the UK to discuss quality management systems with a focus on learning, sharing and collaboration. More than 100 improvement leaders from across the country are members of this initiative. This project is funded through The Q Community's Supporting Q Connections Programme, by the Health Foundation. The Health Foundation is an independent charitable  organisation working to build a healthier UK.
